Orders are limited to three units of product per person

We get it, you want your order as fast as you can get it! If you checked out as a guest, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have an account with Shoppies, you can track your order in your account.

Please allow 24 hours and please check your spam folder. If it’s not there after 24 hours, contact us at hello@shoppies.co

Don’t worry, we’ve got your back. You can amend or cancel your orders within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing hello@shoppies.co

You are billed at checkout, unless otherwise noted. You may cancel your pre-order up to a week before expected delivery date by emailing hello@shoppies.co

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Paypal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay

If you receive an error message related to credit card authorization failure, double check that the billing address on the credit card and matches your account billing address, try re-entering the security code on the back of your card, and be sure that the card is current (not expired) and valid. If you’re still receiving an error message after a second attempt, email us at hello@shoppies.co or contact your financial institution for assistance

No, but by setting up an account with us you become eligible for Shoppies Collective discounts, you can check the status of your order, check out faster in the future, view past orders, and much more. Go here to create your Shoppies Collective account

We’ll ask you to provide your name, email address, and password. Don’t worry about anything else - it can be provided later. Once registered, you can check out your order status, order history, and manage your account.

Standard shipping (2-4 business days in transit) via USPS is $4.95 for all orders that total less than $25 before taxes and shipping, and FREE for all orders that total $25 or more before taxes and shipping. Please note that order processing may add up to 2 business days. You may request free signature delivery by emailing us at hello@shoppies.co within 24 hours of placing your order

Shoppies offers FREE standard shipping on all orders of $25 or more (excluding taxes) 

This shipping discount applies to any combination of shop creator products - you can shop from multiple Shoppies creators and as long as your total order is more than $25, we got you covered! For orders totaling less than $25, there is a delivery charge of $4.95 for standard shipping (2-4 business days in transit)

The majority of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of orders being placed. You can track your shipment by logging into the My Account page or by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please keep in mind that during limited edition launches, this time may vary

We want you to get your products quickly as much as you do! Our processing time for orders is usually 2 business days and after that, delivery time is 2-4 business days, so you’ll get your delivery in between 3 and 7 business days. You can check the status of your order on the My Account or with the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please keep in mind that during holidays, shipping delays may occur. We appreciate your patience

Of course! Please email hello@shoppies.co with your order number within 24 hours of placing your order to add a signature requirement for your package

No worries! Email hello@shoppies.co within 24 hours of your order being placed so we can amend the order and get it to the right address. If the order has already shipped, the shipping service can help out with rerouting your order


If you’re not totally obsessed with your purchase, you can return or exchange it for free within 15 days. We’ll return the purchase amount minus the shipping you paid to the original payment method as soon as we receive it. Please note it might take up to 10 days for a credit to appear on your account


Final sale items are not eligible for return. Items are not eligible for return after 15 days. Items that are empty are not eligible for return. If an exchange is requested and the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund

It’s easy and free! 

Go to returns.shoppies.co, enter the email address that you used when you purchased the item being returned, and click “Start a Return.”  You will receive an email from which you can access the Returns Center. Once you access the Returns Center, please choose which item you would like to return and select the reason for the return. Print your label, affix it, seal up the box and drop it anywhere in the US mail! Once you’ve created your return label and sent it back to us, you can track your return from your account. And look out for an email confirmation from us letting you know we received your return and issued a refund/exchange

Returns and exchanges are always free


Many of our creators develop limited edition collections, so we cannot guarantee the product will come back, but you can request it by going to the page for the product that is out of stock and entering your email below “Email me when it is back in stock” and we’ll let you know when that must-have item is back in stock

All Shoppies Creator brands are available EXCLUSIVELY on Shoppies

Never! Shoppies is a cruelty-free company. We never test products or ingredients on animals, nor do we allow suppliers or affiliates to conduct testing on our behalf

Yes, all products are sulfate-free!

99% of Shoppies products are talc-free! Individual products that contain talc will be marked “Contains talc” on the product page

Yes, we work hard to use sustainable packaging and ingredients as much as possible and use top manufacturers with using best practices

Shoppies currently works exclusively with suppliers in the United States, and a member of the Shoppies team has visited each of our manufacturers personally. Shoppies is compliant with The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010

Yes, from time to time we offer discounts and promotions. Sign up for our Shoppies Collective newsletter at the bottom of this page and follow @shoppiesco to find out about exclusive discounts and promotions

At checkout, you will be prompted to enter your discount code. If valid, the discount will be subtracted from order price, and you will be able to view the total after discount before placing order. Please note that a discount code issued by a Shoppies creator is only valid for that Shoppies creator’s shop

Currently, we do not have a pro discount for makeup artists, but we encourage you to apply to create your brand with us
